Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Carbon Atelier Jewelry, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your selection for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, credit, or an exchange. Please read below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date when your Carbon Atelier purchase was delivered. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All returned items will be inspected by our Quality Control team and will be accepted for a refund or exchange only if deemed to be in its original condition.
To return an item purchased from our website, please email customer service at hello@Carbon-Atelier.com to obtain a ReturnAuthorization (RA) number. After receiving your unique RA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, including product, inner box, outer box and documents., and mail your return to the following address:

Returns covered by this 30-day policy are free of charge, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that your return reaches our offices. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and purchase insurance to cover the value of your item while in transit. You may do so at the USPS, UPS, Fedex or other private carriers.
If you made a purchase through one of our partners such as Amazon.com or Ebay, please go to your account on those platforms, click on “my orders” and initiate a return process according to their guidelines.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange as requested. : Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
